Customization is definitely possible at Design Gaatha. However, all products are not eligible for customization. Please enter query form under Bespoke Services > Customization and Design Gaatha Team will get back to you within 48 hours.

Once the order is placed, the same cannot be cancelled. 

The purchased product once delivered can be returned or exchanged for Quality reasons only. The request should be raisedat contact@designgaatha.com within 48 hours of delivery of the product. The item/s must be returned to us before the exchange is made. Once the items have been received, you will either receive your new item in 5 to 7 working days (for exchanges), or a credit note (excluding original shipping cost if any).

Design Gaatha doesn't refund the money to your bank account. Amount equal to value of the returned product (excluding shipping cost if any) will be added to your reward points with lifetime validity. 

We accept payments through Cash on Delivery (COD), all credit/debit cards, Internet Banking, UPI and wallets such as CitrusPay, The MobileWallet, IdeaMoney, ITZ Cash, Jio Money, OlaMoney and ICICI Pockets.

No, we do not store any card details unless you save any of your cards in your DG account.

The complete process of delivery will take 7 to 10 business days. However due to lockdown situation, it may take even more depending on delivery pincode.
