Before applying for any exchange, please take a moment to understand the product and its making. All our products are handcrafted or made through traditional methods resulting in each product being slightly different from each other. An irregular weave or print or embroidery or craft is the unique feature of handcraft and let us celebrate the glory of this feature rather than understanding it as defect.
However we stand for quality and we will replace the product free of cost if you are not satisfied with the quality. Please read below our return & exchange policies before you exchange any item.

• Order cannot be cancelled if it is already shipped for delivery.
  
  
• Customised products cannot be returned or exchanged.
  
  
• Purchased products can be returned or exchanged only if request is generated within 48 hours of receiving the order.
  
  
• If you think that there is a fault with the goods you have received, please let us know asapby contacting us at contact@designgaatha.com or call us on +918800373811.
• Please mention your order number in the subject line to help us quickly process your exchanges.
  
  
• The item/s must be in original condition, with the original packaging and with all tags still attached. Please ensure the item/s are packed securely to prevent any damage during transit.
  
  
• Item/s must not have been used, washed or altered in any way.
  
  
• The item/s must be returned to us before the exchangeis made. Once the items have been received, you will either receive your new item in 5 to 7 working days (for exchanges), or a credit note (excluding original shipping cost if any).
  
  
• Design Gaatha Team will be taking the responsibility for the cost of returning the goods. Once you communicate your desire for a return/exchange we will be emailing you the return notes and labels.
  
  
• Within a maximum of 4 working days from date of request, our delivery representatives will come to pick up the goods along with the papers we will send via email once a return request is made. In the rare instance that we’re unable to send a representative to your assigned address, you may have to drop the package to a local courier.
  
  
• Please follow our return guidelines, Design Gaatha cannot be held liable for the loss of item/s being returned independently, we recommend that you use our registered shipping method so that the order can be tracked.

Design Gaatha Home & Living LLP reserves the right to reject exchange from any particular customer, in case of frequent returns & exchanges by such customer. More than 3 consecutive exchanges by any customer without appropriate reason shall call for rejection of the exchange request.
